Issuing and registering an API key

You want the full flow for getting an API key from an AI provider and registering it in momocanvas.

After logging in, go to Settings > Announcements for a short step-by-step video guide.

You registered a key but it isn't working, or you're seeing authentication or permission errors.

Log in and go to Settings > 1:1 Support. Include the error message you saw.

You want to check which models are supported, or request that a new AI model or API be added.

How to use 1:1 support

1:1 support is available after login, from the Settings menu. This lets us respond based on your account and project context so the answer is actually useful.

    Log into momocanvas

    Sign in with the account you use for momocanvas.

    Click the settings icon in the top or side menu to open Settings.

    Open 1:1 support or check Announcements

    Go to Settings > 1:1 Support to send a message, or Settings > Announcements to watch the API key guide video.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I open a support ticket?

Log into momocanvas and go to Settings > 1:1 Support. Submitting while logged in lets us see your account and project context so we can help more accurately.

Can I contact support without logging in?

1:1 support currently requires login. For content you can read without logging in, check the BYOK · CYOK · HYOK guide, the API key how-to page, and the home page.

Where can I find the API key issuance and registration video?

Log into momocanvas and check Settings > Announcements. A short video walks through the full issuance and registration flow.

Can I request AI models that aren't currently supported?

Yes. Open 1:1 support and share the model name and provider. We'll review the request and let you know whether it will be added.

Where do I pay for API usage?

API usage fees are charged by the AI provider according to its own billing policies, directly to you. momocanvas provides the environment for using your API keys in content generation workflows.

Is support available in both Korean and English?

Yes, both Korean and English are supported. Feel free to write in whichever language works best for you.
